Law firm CLP was established by five lawyers in 2007. We will shortly be 20 lawyers, of them seven partners and one off counsel partner, in CLP. The main focus of our practice is on private equity, mergers and acquisitions, corporate real estate and constructions, employment law, technology law and dispute resolution and litigation.

 

Within our areas of practice, we offer the same high professional skills as the largest law firms in Norway, but with a personal commitment and a level of attention clients usually only find in smaller law firms. We represent a young and committed legal team. At the same time, we have the experience needed to create confidence for our clients and give clear advice.

CLP's main objective is to help our clients achieve their goals. Our lawyers have good commercial understanding, and several of our lawyers have economic and business administration degrees on a university level. 

 

Our partners practice equal sharing of profits. This ensures that each case is handled by the lawyer(s) best suited. We believe that we will attract the best lawyers by offering a young, highly skilled and including environment.
