Securities law, company law and general corporate commercial law
Advice to investors and investment banks on securities and stock exchange law is a large part of our practice. This encompasses initial public offerings as well as other rules and regulations for capital markets, e.g. advice to issuers, investment banks, stockbroking firms and investors on voluntary and mandatory offers, disclosure requirements, insider trading rules and other compliance issues.
Our core competence also covers company law for all types of companies and legal entities, including limited partnerships and silent partnerships.
CLP also has extensive experience with most types of agreements our clients need for their business, such as distribution and agent agreements, franchise agreements, research & development agreements and joint venture agreements.
