CLP Advises CapMan Real Estate in Securing 15-Year Lease Agreement for Visma at Majorstuen

We are pleased to announce that CLP has assisted CapMan Real Estate as legal advisor in establishing a 15-year lease agreement with Visma for Sørkedalsveien 6, Majorstuen. The fully renovated property, spanning nearly 20,000 square metres, is planned to accommodate around 1,000 Visma employees by late 2027.

This agreement represents an important step in CapMan's focus on modern, centrally located office spaces with high environmental standards.
