CLP has advised Sanna in its seed round with Skyfall Ventures and Alliance VC as lead investors

CLP has advised Sanna Regnskap in connection with the company's seed round, in which Sanna raised NOK 30 million in a financing round led by Skyfall Ventures and Alliance VC. The seed round implies a valuation of Sanna of NOK 120 million prior to the transaction.

Sanna offers fixed-price accounting services for businesses, where artificial intelligence streamlines large parts of the work and has since the launch in 2025 obtained more than 2,000 customers in Norway and Sweden.

CLP congratulates the parties on the transaction. CLP's team was led by partner Amund Erdal.
