CLP has assisted Verdane with their acquisition of all shares in Mittanbud Marketplaces AS

CLP has assisted Verdane with their acquisition of all shares in Mittanbud Marketplaces AS from Vend Marketplaces ASA. This strategic acquisition is an integral part of Verdane's establishment of a new platform for online marketplaces for consumer refurbishment projects across the Nordics.

Mittanbud started as a small start-up within the Schibsted system in 2009 and has since become the leading marketplace in Norway for connecting homeowners with skilled professionals for home renovation projects, including carpentry, electrical work, painting, plumbing and other renovation categories.
