CLP advises Å Entelios on the acquisition of World Kinect's Nordic electricity customer portfolio

Å Entelios has entered into an agreement with the Nordic subsidiaries of the American World Kinect Corporation (NYSE: WKC) to acquire the company's customer portfolio in the Nordics. The transaction makes Å Entelios one of the leading electricity suppliers in the public and private sectors in the Nordics.

Å Entelios currently manages 34 TWh in Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland, and World Kinect's portfolio represents an additional 10 TWh.

CLP is advising Å Entelios on the transaction.

The transaction is planned to be completed on 1 January 2026, but is subject to approval from the competition authorities in Norway, Sweden and Denmark.
