CLP has advised Aurora Eiendom AS in connection with the acquisition of City Syd and Tiller Torget in Trondheim, two of Trondheim's leading retail properties. The seller is Storebrand Livsforsikring.

The transaction has a total property value of NOK 2.15 billion. The two properties together form one of the largest retail destinations in Trondheim, with a combined annual retail turnover of over NOK 3.3 billion and approximately 5.4 million visitors per year.

The acquisition includes City Syd (excluding Coop Midt-Norge's portion of the property), Tiller Torget, and 50% of the company owning the outdoor areas, parking facilities, and a major development site at City Syd. The portfolio consists of two fully let properties with approximately 49,900 sqm of gross lettable area across 79 stores, with zero vacancy as of March 2026. There is also large-scale development potential at City Syd, where the parking lots are zoned for over 100,000 sqm of mixed-use development
