CLP advises J.B. Ugland in Joint Venture with Bane NOR Eiendom

We are pleased to announce that CLP, led by Håvard Skogvoll, has assisted J.B. Ugland as legal advisor in establishing a joint venture with Bane NOR Eiendom for Skien Brygge. Skien Brygge is set to be developed into a new, modern district that both extends the city centre and opens the city towards the water. The comprehensive urban development project encompasses 77,000 square metres.
