CLP advises Thon Gruppen on voluntary tender offer

Thon Gruppen announced today its intention to launch a voluntary cash offer for all shares in Olav Thon Eiendomsselskap ASA (OTE), a company listed on Euronext Oslo Børs. The intended offer price of NOK 335 per share implies an equity value of approximately NOK 34 billion. The offer has not yet been formally launched, and completion remains subject to customary conditions.
