CLP advises Utbyggern AS on the acquisition of Libra Shopping

CLP has advised Utbyggern AS, owned by LL Gruppen and Coop Nordvest SA, on the acquisition of all shares in Fosen Storsenter AS, which owns Libra Shopping in Ørland municipality. At the same time, Libra Shopping will become part of the property management portfolio of Alti Forvaltning AS.

Libra Shopping is the largest shopping centre in Fosen and an important retail and meeting place in the region, with roots dating back to 1978.

The centre was significantly expanded in 2014, adding more than 8,000 square metres. Today, the centre has 25 tenants, offices and various service offerings, with the stores generating combined net sales of NOK 355 million in 2025.
