CLP has assisted ABP in the acquisition of Oldroyd's production facility in Bamble

CLP has assisted Asset Buyout Partners AS ("ABP") with the acquisition of Isdammen 25 in Skjerkøya Industrial Park in Bamble. The seller is Oldroyd Holding AS ("Oldroyd"). The property is Oldroyd's head office and production facility, and is tailored to the company's operations.

The facility comprises approximately 4,400 sqm of workshop, warehouse and mezzanine space on a plot of approximately 21,800 sqm. The transaction is structured as a sale-leaseback, with a 21-year triple net lease.

The transaction is ABP's third acquisition in the Grenland region over the past year, ABP states in a press release. Read more about the transaction at Estate Nyheter.
