CLP has assisted CapMan on purchase of Kristiansand Police Headquarters

CLP has assisted CapMan Social Real Estate with the purchase of the Kristiansand Police Headquarters. The seller is Bane NOR Eiendom.

The Police Headquarters consists of approximately 17,000 square metres of building space, spread over nine floors, and was completed in 2023.
