CLP promotes three new partners

We are delighted to congratulate Sigrid K. G. Ertzaas and Arve Rolstad Jahren as Partners, and Ingvild H. Andersen as an Associate Partner. All have been promoted from within the firm, and the changes took effect on 1 January 2026.
Sigrid has spent her entire career at CLP and is part of the commercial real estate team. She has solid experience with real estate transactions, lease agreements and ongoing assistance to property owners.
Arve has been part of CLP since 2021 and works with M&A and company law. He has assisted in a number of transactions, mergers and fund raisings. Previously, he served as in-house counsel at If and as a lawyer at BAHR.
Ingvild joined CLP in 2025 and has extensive experience in litigation and dispute resolution. She primarily handles disputes within general contract law, tort law, and construction law. Ingvild has previously served as an associate at Schjødt and a senior lawyer at Grette, and she also has long experience as a deputy judge at Drammen District Court and Oslo District Court.
"Sigrid, Arve and Ingvild are three exceptionally skilled, forward-leaning and hardworking lawyers whom we warmly welcome into the partnership. We are very pleased that they are continuing their careers at CLP", says Managing Partner Fred Arthur Andersen.
