Celine works primarily with commercial real estate. She has a Master of Law from the University of Oslo, where she primarily studied electives of contract law. Celine wrote her thesis on the municipality’s material competence to enter into agreements with private developers regarding the establishment of public infrastructure. She also spent an exchange semester at LUISS in Rome during her studies.
