Joakim advises on equity capital markets transactions and M&A across a range of industries, acting for both listed and unlisted issuers, investment banks, and private equity/venture capital firms. He has particular experience with IPOs, private placements, and rights issues, and provides ongoing advice on corporate law as well as securities and stock exchange regulations. Joakim also has operational experience as General Counsel in a tech company with international operations.
