Jon Lauvstad Kruken

Jon Lauvstad Kruken primarily assists clients with mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and equity transactions, as well as with general corporate and contract law matters. Kruken holds a Master of Laws from the University of Oslo, where he wrote his thesis on the duty of loyalty for shareholders in Norwegian limited liability companies.
