Magdeli Støten

Magdeli Støten works primarily with issues related to M&A and employment law. She primarily assists clients with mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and equity transactions, as well as with general corporate, contract and employment law matters. Støten holds a Master of Laws from the University of Oslo, where she took elective courses in contract law. She has also taken elective courses at the University of Texas in Austin.
