Maiken Ellingsen primarily advises on intellectual property matters within the technology and retail sectors. She assists clients with copyright, trademark, patent and design law issues, as well as contractual matters relating to licensing agreements and technology transfer.
Maiken holds a Master of Laws from the University of Oslo, where she wrote her master's thesis entitled 'Exclusive Right to Make TV Productions of Road Bike Races'. During her studies, she was a trainee at several commercial law firms in Oslo and took elective courses in French at l'Université de Bordeaux.
