Appear ASA lists on Euronext Oslo Børs

On 6 November 2025, Appear ASA marked its first day of listing on Euronext Oslo Børs, where its shares began trading under the ticker symbol "APR". Appear designs and delivers high-capacity, sustainable solutions for media processing and live content delivery, empowering broadcasters and operators to capture, transport and process live video and audio from venue to viewer with exceptional quality and reliability.

Prior to the listing, Appear completed an IPO, consisting of both an issuance of new shares and sales of existing shares, with gross proceeds of approximately NOK 961 million. The IPO implied a market capitalization of the Company of approximately NOK 2.5 billion. The IPO attracted significant interest, and was over 12 times oversubscribed, and the Company welcomed more than 5,000 new shareholders following the IPO.
