CLP has advised the shareholders of Røros Metall AS on sale to Franke Küchentechnik AG

We are delighted to have advised the shareholders of Røros Metall AS on the sale of 100% of the shares to Franke Küchentechnik AG. The transaction strengthens Franke Group's position in kitchen hoods and is expected to support further growth in the Nordic region.

Founded in 1946, Røros Metall is a Norwegian manufacturer of RørosHetta© kitchen hoods and ventilation systems and has been active in the Nordic market since launching its first kitchen hood in 1981. The acquisition combines the companies’ capabilities in sustainable, energy-efficient ventilation solutions.

Håvard Augensen, owner and CEO of Røros Metall, will assume a new role as head of Franke's operations in the Nordic region.

The transaction was handled by CLP’s team comprising Axel Woxholth and Håvard Skogvoll.
