CLP has successfully advised Credo Partners and MfM Holding AS on the strategic sale of Made for Movement Group AS to Sunrise Medical, a globally leading healthcare provider. The partnership positions Made for Movement for enhanced growth and expanded reach in the neuro-rehabilitation market.

Since its establishment in 1995, Made for Movement has emerged as a leading Norwegian specialist in specialized mobility rehabilitation equipment for patients with complex motor disabilities. The company's innovative product line addresses critical rehabilitation needs for individuals affected by, inter alia, cerebral palsy, spinal injuries, and neurological conditions. Through its advanced technologies, Made for Movement enables motor-assisted and robotic-supported rehabilitation therapy that consistently delivers measurable improvements in patient rehabilitation outcomes.

This strategic acquisition brings together Made for Movement's clinical expertise and institutional relationships with Sunrise Medical's international scale. The transaction creates significant opportunities for earlier intervention in patient care pathways and enhanced service delivery across both pediatric and adult rehabilitation markets.
