CLP has advised Alti Eiendomsinvest on the acquisition of the Melhustorget

CLP has advised Alti Eiendomsinvest AS on the acquisition of the Melhustorget shopping centre in Trøndelag.

The centre currently comprises around 8,000 square metres of retail space, with plans to further develop the area to approximately 15,000 square metres of retail, food and beverage and social gathering spaces.
