Bodil Kristine Høstmælingen has extensive experience in commercial arbitration and litigation, as well as specialised advisory services within contract law and administrative law. Bodil has also handled and litigated several cases involving IT-law, board member liability, forced buy-outs of minority shareholders, as well as other corporate law disputes. She has many years of experience as a university lecturer/teacher in contract law subjects at the University of Oslo .
She also serves as an arbitrator.
