Ingvild H. Andersen

Ingvild Hachvaag Andersen has extensive experience in litigation and dispute resolution, and regularly litigates cases before both the district court and the court of appeal. She primarily works with disputes in general contract law, tort law, and construction law, and has handled a number of large commercial disputes and legal processes in these areas. Additionally, she assists both contractors and builders with strategic advice in connection with contract formation, project execution, and final settlements, and she also regularly conducts both out-of-court negotiations and judicial mediations.

Ingvild also has extensive experience as a deputy judge, including from the Oslo District Court, and is appointed as an external mediator for several courts in Norway, including Oslo District Court and Borgarting
