Ståle specializes primarily in commercial real estate, with a particular focus on real estate development, transactions, leasing, and the structuring of property projects. He has extensive experience leading large-scale and complex development processes throughout the entire project lifecycle – from initial site acquisition, zoning, and building permits, to negotiating and managing construction contracts, financing, and value realization. In addition, Ståle has broad experience in commercial dispute resolution and litigation.
He is a frequent speaker on commercial real estate law and is ranked as one of Norway's leading real estate lawyers by Chambers and Partners and Legal 500.
